    "We should act like we're dating!" Lucifer blurts out, wincing as his ears register how unintentionally loud he was.

    Alastor regards him silently for a moment and Lucifer does his best not to squirm under the scrutiny. He fails almost immediately. He feels his face start to heat up and rushes to explain himself.

    "Think about it. It will drive Vox crazy! Us sitting a little too close together on the couch, stuff that the others won't even notice..." Lucifer trails off into an awkward laugh, because Alastor isn't saying anything. If fact, he doesn't even seem to be breathing.

    Vox will be at the hotel for a week to get some "promotional material" and Lucifer wants the television demon to be as miserable as possible without Charlie realizing what he is doing. Luckily he has the best idea!
