"He's so old," Ilya murmured against Shane's neck, "I bet he can't even get it up."
Shane's brain was completely offline. It was a miracle he could even form words, and of course the words that came out were probably the worst ones he could have said in the moment.
"He can. Takes a while to come, but no problem getting hard," Shane murmured, pressing his head back into the pillow.
"You know this?" Ilya asked. "You and Scott?"
Shane froze, and rewound the last ten seconds. Shit. Fuck.

"What the fuck was that?" Bucky scrambled to his feet as Sam's heart dropped to his stomach. Shit.
"I'm sorry," Sam said, swinging his legs up onto the boat and standing up. Bucky took a step back, his gaze darting between the horizon and Sam. He didn't look angry; he seemed almost panicked.
"I don't—I'm not—"
"I'm sorry," Sam said again. He wanted to take a step towards Bucky, reach out and comfort, but that sure as hell wasn't the right move. How could he have read this so wrong? "It was my mistake. I shouldn't have—I thought—" I thought you wanted me.

“I know what the proper stance is,” Phil grumbled, even as he shifted slightly back, so Clint’s chest was only an inch or two behind him. He kept his arms extended, level in front of him, elbows slightly bent, a firm two-handed grip on his Glock. “I just lost some muscle mass, not my muscle memory.”
“You said you wanted help to make sure you got your field clearance back,” Clint said, his mouth right next to Phil’s ear. “I’m helping.”

It just kind of bugs Archer. Beau is so casual with it, too. “Hurry up, princess,” when Archer was taking too long to set up his add-ons for their next battle. “Let’s do that, princess,” when Archer suggested a strategy for a battle or a mission. Or even, “Missed me, princess?” when Archer commented that it had been a while since they’d done a proper session together.
Maybe Beau is just a ridiculous person who calls his friends random shit all the time. Archer wouldn’t mind that, but the part that he does mind, is that he likes being called ‘princess’. He actually enjoys it. It makes him feel warm and cared for, which is fucking ridiculous, because Beau is just his buddy who he plays an online roleplaying game with.
