After several months of almost no contact with his best friend, Rhodey finally got some much needed vacation time to go visit Tony. When he snuck into Tony's apartment with the intent on scaring his best friend, the last thing Rhodey had expected to find was a fifteen-year-old kid doing homework in Tony's living room.
Apparently Tony had a son now, and hadn't told Rhodey about it.

Summary
In which Peter is Tony’s biological son but Obadiah Stane signed away Tony’s rights, making the Parker’s believe Tony himself did so. Tony learns he’s Peter’s dad when he shows up at the Parker’s apartment like in Civil War.
Series of oneshots about their relationship slowly forming. May is great and Tony is great and poor Peter is just conflicted, but happy ending and all that. May and Tony do wonderful coparenting.

Summary
Peter's relationship with his dad was still new. He'd really only known him a few months, and had only started spending time with him ten weeks ago. It had been great, so far. But his dad was Tony Stark, and Peter wasn't an idiot. Tony Stark had so many more important things to do than tinker in the lab with Peter. Any day Tony could decide he no longer had time, and drop Peter like a hot potato.
Then the decathlon team pressured him into calling Tony up to ask for a change in their unofficial visitation schedule, and everything felt like it went off the rails.
Not in a bad way, though. Peter just hadn't been expecting to hear I love you come from Tony Stark's mouth.
