“The one where he offered us payment? Sure I do,” Stark replied, still puzzled. “What's up with it? Did you notice something?”
She hummed, confirming his words. “Honestly, it's something that caught me off guard from the very beginning. Stark,” she gave him a serious look that made his knees weak and trembling, “be honest: do you see me as a mom?”
Frieren suddenly paid a visit to Stark in his room — or his “chambers” as she would say — to chat. Unexpectedly, this... “chat” of hers went to a direction he didn't expect, and led Stark to an unexpected discovery about himself.
