    Summary

Simon had never been sure whether it was better to be awake or asleep. Being awake meant facing the horrible reality of the Quiet Rapture and of his prison sentence, not knowing when he might be killed to spare resources...or become resources.
Meanwhile, sleep meant being haunted with nightmares made up of his past sins and trials.

That is, until he started dreaming of an angel.

    Summary

Its the year 2023, and Grace finally gets a much needed summer vacation at Eridian Lake House. It's beautiful, and relaxing, and he knows it will be such a lovely time. So he leaves a note for the next tenant about pawprints he found, and finds he may have a magic mailbox, because the person who responded say its actually 2021, and the Lake House is currently being painted as they speak.
Can't actually be true, right? So why does he keep writing letters to someone from the past, and why do they keep answering?

    Summary

In his first life, Sanji married Charlotte Pudding.

He had loved her since they were children, believed her when she promised to marry him, and ignored every warning sign right up until he discovered she was sleeping with his brothers. Then they killed him.

When Sanji wakes up the day before he is supposed to choose his future spouse, everyone already knows how this is going to go. Pudding is waiting. His brothers are smug. His father expects him to secure the marriage.

Instead, Sanji points to the penniless swordsman he fed earlier that afternoon. “I choose him.”

It is supposed to be a marriage of convenience. Zoro has nothing, Sanji wants nothing, and neither of them owes the other love.

Unfortunately, the beggar Sanji married turns out to be the lost Crown Prince of the Shimotsuki Kingdom.

And even more unfortunately, Zoro has no intention of divorcing him.

    "Sir, what—"

    "Commander—"

They fall silent, neither quite sure how to approach this. Cody lets out an uncharacteristically aggravated noise, dragging a hand over his face. He chances taking a step closer, wide, panicked eyes tracking over Obi-Wan as if he might disappear at any moment.

"General," Cody whispers raggedly, terrified to give a voice to what he just saw. "You died."

Obi-Wan's fingers curl into tight fists under the safety of his sleeves, disquieted and unsteady. "I think," he starts, trying to keep his voice as even as he can, "I think you are correct in that assessment, Commander."

(Or: a mission in the field goes swiftly, disastrously wrong - but the Force has other plans.)

    Summary

The Breach flared and a powerful bloom of pain and light erupted from Simon’s palm, causing him to fall to his knees, gasping in pain. The smell of ozone grew stronger than before causing him to gag and gasp for air amongst the fallen snow as Cassandra came toward him and knelt down to his level.

“Each time the Breach expands, your mark spreads…and it is killing you. It may be the key to stopping this, but there isn’t much time.” Her dark eyes pierced into his, waiting for some kind of answer from him about her statement.

“Do I have a choice?” He asked dryly; either way they had him in chains without much of a chance to return to his own people. They had more knowledge about this situation than he did. They could, in theory, be of help to him.

They could also be the death of him.
