Techno quickly gave up his search. He sat back down on the bed, leaning against the wall, one leg bent, arm resting on his knee.
"Oh," he called out. "Dream."
"Hm?"
"Is this your new home?"
He didn't even look at Dream as he said it. There was a touch of resignation in his voice—not real anger, but not exactly pleased either. After all, who would want to be locked up with their rival?
Dream opened his mouth, then closed it again.
OR：Dream was locked up in a room and asked to complete certain 10 tasks with his partner. Surprisingly, he saw someone who was supposed to be dead 6 months ago.

“I’m not sure I trust that coming from the guy that's known his family for years as his bestfriend and not boyfriend.”
“I guess.”
Or; Dream and Sapnap take Techno, Dream's boyfriend, to meet Dream's family, in which they are all fucking terrifying and he may or may not have a panic attack while trying to get them to accept his existence.

“I'm going to take you out.” Techno growls, pressing the blade even further into the prince’s throat. A thin rivulet of blood trickles downward and stains the pristine collar.
“Great!” He squeaks, loud and sudden enough to make Techno’s grip falter ever so slightly. Jeez, the guy sure was loud. It startles him enough that he lets his guard down. The pressure from the knife on the prince’s neck is ever so slightly alleviated, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
“Heh?” Techno blinks.
“It's a date, see you at five tomorrow at town square!” The prince has the audacity to wink.
Or: The four times bounty hunter Techno fails at eliminating his target Prince Dream and the one time he doesn't exactly mind.
