Summary
Sirius Black enters into his second year at Hogwarts school. The continued weight of his family's expectations feels heavy on his young shoulders but he has more hope now that he is finding ways to please them. On the Dueling lane he feels like the proper Heir of the Black name. Though what that means, he has still to learn.
Regulus Black has joined his brother at Hogwarts but feels more isolated than ever. Sirius seems distant, even when they stand together on the Dueling lane. Regulus is supposed to be his brother's Second, but he cannot help but see the distance growing between them as Sirius leans more and more on the friends he calls Marauders.
Beside all this there is something brewing. Remus can feel the wildness of the magic in the forest. Minerva hears the whisper of Darkness rising. Things are changing in the wizarding world, though the boys are still too young to know what this will mean for their futures.

Summary
