There was a mirror there and, of course, Wei Wuxian himself who stood in front of it. Jiang Cheng had always called him shameless and, really, he'd never been shy about his body before. He'd worked 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 to achieve it. It was the culmination of all his efforts over the many years he had lived with the Jiangs so, why should be abashed about it?
But, this wasn't Lotus Pier. He wasn't in the body that had belonged to 𝘞𝘦𝘪 𝘞𝘶𝘹𝘪𝘢𝘯. His cultivation was negligible now, as opposed to the shining beacon his golden core had been back then. So, is it really a surprise that his gaze flitted to the figure in the reflection and only 𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦 welled up?
