He kneels down by the kid, water and blood soaking into the fabric that covers his knees. It makes a wet squelch as he settles, taking Peter's face in his hands. He cups the younger's spandex covered cheeks, and Tony's eyes flick over his masked face.
“What the hell happened kid!?” Tony shouts, his hands pressing against the gushing wound of red.
Peter tilts his head against the glass pane, “Uhm…. aha… so lets see. Bad guy, knife, me.” He says, “that's pretty much it.”
Tony narrows his eyes, “I think you're missing a few chapters there kid!”
......
OR: Peter is a little idiot and gets stabbed.... at least Tony doesn't have to finish this meeting.

“You by chance see a kid—a teenager, come in here. Maybe 30 minutes ago? Yay high.” Tony motioned with his hand. “Brunette, big brown eyes, way too excited about renting a DVD.”
“Yeah, actually. He left about 20 minutes ago."
TLDR; Peter gets lost in a snow storm and Tony gets hurt trying to find him.
