Summary
One moment, you're falling asleep in your bed in the sunny state of California, USA. The next thing you know, you're waking up alone in an unfamiliar apartment in the middle of Tokyo, Japan. You never could've imagined the friendships you would make, or the feelings that would blossom for the conniving detective during your stay in the Persona universe. Everything about your stay seemed a little too convenient. It was like something, or someone, was trying to force you into the plot.

Summary
You and your twin had made a promise. Your relatives wanted nothing to do with you and your twin after your mother had passed, so they simply got rid of you. Of course, the system would inevitably lead to the two of you being separated into different homes, and nobody knows how long it will be until then. One day, you will find each other again.
That was almost 10 years ago. Now, you attend Shujin Academy. You were hoping to just have a normal school life, but thanks to your twin's reputation... that was quickly proven to be impossible.

Summary
My favorite part about all of this is how this is supposed to be a slice of life manga, but that was thrown out the window the moment the giant green robots appeared out of nowhere.
Would Saiki admit to maybe regretting his life choices right now? No. He'll admit to definitely regretting his entire existence at this point. He'll admit to acting on a complete and utter whim under the thought of 'doing this for the greater good.' Good grief, why did he want to act for the greater good when the greater good didn't even want him? The greater good is so far off right now pluto is his next-door neighbor compared to it.
So yeah, obviously he's having quite the adventurous day.
Or: His name is Saiki Kusuo, and he's a normal, everyday quirk-user without a thing out of the ordinary with him.
Except for the part in which almost that entire sentence was a lie, and it doesn't take a genius to guess the only part that's the truth.
