He was beautiful. His dark hair was stacked on his head in a glamorous mass of fine curls and braids. He had large, dark brown eyes, which looked rather dazed at that moment, with high cheekbones and soft, red lips which made Hongjoong want to run his thumb over them. The frilly, dark purple dress he was wearing was well-tailored and extremely fashionable, as were the plumed hat now lying about three feet away. It made sense, considering the small, ruby-encrusted pin on his lapel, which marked him as a journeywitch in the Tailors Guild.Recovering from his shock, Hongjoong hurried forward to pick up the hat.
"Oh, I'm so sorry," he said, bowing to the witch, who was still sitting dazedly on the ground. "I'm really terribly sorry, I didn't see you at all. Are you alright? Can I help you up?"
He offered his hand to the witch.
Who stared at Hongjoong with wide eyes, not saying a word.
And then, to Hongjoong's utter horror, his eyes filled with tears and he burst into sobs.
