Summary
Earlier that night a live broadcast fell apart. A sponsor walked, the network threatened his slot, and Tenna finished the show with a frozen smile while everything burned behind the cameras. By the time he got home the pressure was still sitting in his chest.
Spamton noticed immediately. Instead of leaving him alone he started pushing harder, offering himself louder and louder, purposefully being annoying. He secretly wanted to be the thing Tenna used to burn it off.
So Tenna stayed calm. The same control that got him through the ruined broadcast now had somewhere to go, and Spamton was exactly where he claimed he wanted to be.
