What the title says! Extra scenes from Army Dreamers, written by me, Temerity, the beta reader and giver of bad ideas and snark! I love AD but sometimes I really wish more people than just Aria and I know what's going on with the other characters (doc is great but kinda oblivious sometimes (all the time)), so I write down the ideas I really like :D
Chapter one (set between 9 and 10 of AD): Owen's reaction to Leg's house being set on fire. He takes it well (lies)
Chapter two (set between 10 and 11 of AD): Owen drags Shelby along to find cool rocks, and gets teased about his not-boyfriend. Plus some Scott&Shelby cuteness.
Chapter three (between 14 and 15 of AD): Avid and Shelby talk and have cuddles by the river. Martyn comes to her for help.
Chapter four (pre-ch15): Scott finds two fledglings hiding in his coffin and has a few thoughts about life.
Chapter five (set immediately after/during chapter 18): Drift, Shelby, and Avid have a long overdue chat; the gay vampires' taste in men is judged heavily

I'm the beta for my friend Aria's wonderful wonderful fic Army Dreamers and though that fic is very much Legundo centric, I was wondering what Owen's thoughts on the. the last chapter would've been. for no particular reason. because nothing happened in chapter 7 nooooo nothing at all nothing that I suggested that was particularly gay nooooooo----
In short: Owen accidentally asks the doctor for something that... breaks vampire social norms, and his reaction to finding out after the fact.

After an argument with Runaan blows up in her face, Rayla runs from their house in her anger, intent on never going back. When she meets the spirit of the forest, who might be more than he seems on the surface, she realises that nothing is going to go back to the way it used to be. (I don't know how to write summaries I'm sorry)
A multichapter for rayllum month!! I love mythology, I love rayllum, so I mushed them together :)

Rayla smiled against his lips. Something scratchy brushed her skin and she frowned, pulling back slightly and eyeing the stubble on his face quizzically. “Uh… did you forget to shave?”
“Forget is a strong word. More like… decided not to.”A silly little fic to celebrate the SDCC announcement and Rayllum Month!! Rayla teasing Callum about scratchy kisses, what more could you want?

Summary
The strangest thing, though - the strangest thing by far - was his son. Harrow turned his head to look properly at Callum, the young man standing beside him and yapping about something probably to do with his wife - the fact that he had a wife was still something Harrow was having trouble processing - and was once again hit by an intense wave of complicated emotions he was far too tired to try and unpack now.
When Harrow is released from the bird, he has to deal with many conflicting thoughts and emotions, many more of those than he would like being related to his son and daughter in law.
I really don't know what this is beyond me making Harrow's life awkward, uh... it's literally just him seeing Callum and Rayla making out and having an existential crisis about it.

“That’s what I like to hear, my boy!” exclaimed Hop-A-Lot. “Very well then. If you truly believe Tadius is the one for Queen Ella, then all we have to do is make them realise they love each other! Tomorrow we will go to the castle, and the Queen will naturally send for Tadius to collect us, so that is where we enact the first part of our mission. Then, we have to convince the Queen. A few weeks ago you said she often walked to the river at night, so we shall go there first and talk about how much Tadius loves her while she listens and realises her true feelings!”
