    This is not a grand rewrite of history. It’s a slow, messy, teenage-coming-of-age story with magic, angst, eventual smut and emotional chaos. Think less “fix-it fic,” more “what if Draco had a second chance to figure out who he actually is?”

    He knows Voldemort came back.
    He knows Harry Potter died.

    But how do you save the future when you barely remember the past—and you're still expected to play the part of Lucius Malfoy’s heir?

Draco isn’t here to rewrite history—things change because he changes, not because he remembers everything (because he doesn't). This story isn’t a grand reimagining. It’s a slow-burn, emotionally messy coming-of-age fic full of fluff, chaos, poor decisions, and (eventually) smut. Plot takes a backseat to vibes. You've been warned. 💕

    "I don't think you understand," Merlin said as he started walking backwards, brows wrinkled in confusion. "I can rip your throat out with my teeth and drink your blood. Does that not bother you?" He asked. Arthur finally glanced up from the papers in his hand to look at him, pausing his steps altogether. Merlin waited.

    "...Merlin, you fell over trying to put boots on." He said. Merlin grimaced, looking down at his feet.

    "I hadn't realized you were supposed to wear them all the time." He muttered, uncertain what this had to do with the fact he could murder everyone within a ten mile radius. Arthur sighed. "And those are bold words from someone who can't dress himself!" He added indignantly. Another sigh. Humans did that a lot as it turned out.

    "Merlin, that's your job."

    "And I've taught you several times. It isn't that hard."

    "No, I - " Arthur started and closed his eyes. "I don't have time for this."

    After living with demons for sixteen years, Merlin decides to explore his human side by venturing to Camelot. Also, he has a destiny to unite his species and bring magic back into Camelot, but he's not too worried about that.

    “Welcome back to your final year at school everyone,” Hunith says briskly, setting up her laptop at the front of the class. “Today we’re going to have a slightly more mature SRE discussion. You are all young adults now, and Sex Education is something you have been well versed in over the years. This term we’re going to focus our attention instead on Relationship Education. But first we’ll be talking about Parental Relationships, and how to tell your father and/or mothers that you’re a) having sex, and b) in a relationship for the first time, so that they’re not a) taken by surprise, or b) left in the dark. Who wants to start?” Arthur bursts out laughing as Merlin actually slides off his chair and under the table. “Something you want to share, Merlin?” Hunith asks innocently.

    “Nope,” the disembodied voice answers.

    “In the interests of the aforementioned maturity required in discussions about relationships, would you like to revise your answer, perhaps?”

    “I can’t believe you’re doing this,” the desk mutters.

    “I was given orders by the headmaster,” Hunith replies.

    “Oh, god,” the desk groans miserably.
