Aizawa radiates anger and disappointment, along with something akin to relief, staring at him with dark eyes, arms crossed tightly over his chest. A few months ago, Hitoshi might have thought that Aizawa-sensei being scared for him was nothing more than a delusional fantasy, a ridiculous pipe-dream that he’d thought up, stemming from his own screwed-up childhood and stupid need for parental approval after being abandoned by his real ones.
He’s been living with the man for two months now, since he found out about Hitoshi’s bad foster home and offered his place up for holidays and breaks. It was an emotional time for Hitoshi, and he’d accepted with little hesitation.
It’s just hard to remember the things that go along with being Aizawa-sensei’s foster son.
