Summary
"Erik. I'm pregnant."
Three words that were said so simply yet were powerful enough to silence everything, to stop everything, and to change everything.
Weeks before Cuba, Charles wasn't feeling too good. He would vomit, he'd feel nauseas, his moods changed frequently, and he was constantly hungry. All of these sounded like symptoms of pregnancy, but that was impossible- Charles was a man and men weren't suppose get pregnant, right?
Well men weren't suppose to read minds or control metal or do things that were humanly impossible and yet somehow life had a funny way of making it all possible.
However it was possible, there's no doubt that Charles wouldn't do anything and everything to protect his unborn child. And Erik would be damned if he wasn't going to stay by his side- especially with their child. Though pregnancy itself is already a challenge, it won't be the only one they'd be facing. As months go by, everything would be put to the test. Can our favorite telepath and metal manipulator withstand the woes of pregnancy and everything else that comes with it despite their differences or can their love and family prevail?

Logan had breezed into their house like he’d bloody belonged there, with a cigar stubbed between his lips, a cat in hand, and an expression so smug that Erik had wanted to do nothing more in that moment than burn Logan’s eyes with the said cigar.
‘I found this cat while rescuing a building, Charles. He was homeless. I thought you’d like to keep him,’ Logan had said. Erik had begun to protest, but Charles had held the cat and awwed and cooed, and Erik’s protests had died a strangled death.
Logan smirks, looking directly into Erik’s eyes, and says, ‘Oh, and the locals say that his name is Erik.’
