Summary
It's bad enough when Shen Yuan dies. It's even worse when he transmigrates into the worst horror game inspired by Proud Immortal Demon Way that could ever be imagined. But nothing is more terrible than transmigrating as the scum villain Shen Qingqiu, the character with the most violent and grotesque deaths the game has to offer!
Couldn't he have transmigrated into the stallion novel instead? At least there his character would only have to die once!
Now Shen Yuan has to navigate his new life as Shen Qingqiu while trying to keep not only himself alive, but also a cast of characters, each more suicidal than the next. A goal he is going to fail. A lot. Many times. Too many times!
At least he can spend some time with his favorite character Luo Binghe while stuck in this mess.

His breath came out in shaky gasps, but still he could do nothing as the demonic copy of himself brought the blade down to the bare skin of Wei Wuxian’s uninjured shoulder. He whimpered when he felt a small cut, then when the blade lifted. He didn’t have time to even think of relief before it came back, right next to the first cut in a different direction, then again below in a line, multiple small lines in multiple directions like…like a character.
“Like I said,” the demon mused as Wei Wuxian realized what it was doing. “I’ll write it down for you.”
A brutal assault on a Cloud Recesses student leaves the Cultivation world reeling. Wei Wuxian struggles to recover, while everyone else tries to make sense of an ominous message. But since when do demons care about sect politics, anyway?
Between Wen Ruohan's rising aggression, simmering tensions across the guest disciples, and the mysterious fierce corpses still popping up all over the place, Wei Wuxian would rather ignore the confusing, horrifying visions the demon left him with.
If only the demon's taunting predictions didn't keep coming true at every turn.

Summary
Hajime wakes up with a gasp, alone and confused and stumbling onto his hands and knees out of a tank full of water.
That’s the only memory he has.
Hajime’s new life begins trapped on a strange island for the foreseeable future, struggling to adjust to the confusion of being alive and more or less forced to trust and learn from a group of… interesting strangers.
His lack of life experience has him fumbling to catch up with what the others all struggle to wrap their minds around: they’ve all developed some… strange mutations during their time spent unwillingly comatose in the facility below their island paradise.
The group’s mission for answers, and Hajime’s own mission for information about his past, leads to secrets that were better left undiscovered. His new friend’s gaps in their memories may be smaller than Hajime’s apparent amnesia, but the secrets they hide could spell disaster not only for the tentative peace they’ve found, but the world as a whole.
Hajime finds himself caught in a dangerous battle against an unknown enemy to try and save his friends from themselves, and save the only place he’s even known to call home.
