Summary
All cybertronians have ingrained in their very sparks an absolute repulsion towards hurting sparklings and a base need to protect and care for them. This is standard to most species, though cybertronians seem to feel it more than others; a command rather than a request. This is perhaps nature’s way of ensuring that the few sparklings that come into the world remain safe and cared for. It is logical. However, no one expected sparkling protocols to take over when cybertronians first came in contact with humans. Perhaps humans and cybertronians are more closely related than first thought.

Summary
Anti-Void Papyrus has been chilling in Outertale for the past while since Ink shoved him through a portal. He's trying not to be seen by others, but the stars really are beautiful, and he might not be the best at keeping track of his surroundings.

Frisk is done. She is done with confronting monsters, done with offering mercy, done with dodging, done with dying. She is, most of all, done with Sans’s bullshit. Her SOUL has shattered so many times; existence is fuzzy. All she wants is to go home. She used to say that she was going home if it killed her. Now she says, she’s going home if it kills them.
The anomaly. That’s what Frisk was to Sans. A pain to reset each time, and a painful reminder of how he was different. He hated her passively, an annoyence he had to deal with. Maybe he shouldn’t have been so harsh…
Everyone has sins that crawl up their own back. Everyone has wounds and scars that need to heal. Buckle up, ‘cause it’ll be a long journey.

The youngling shakes his head, taking the ingot. “No, dad, listen. Do you have any nether gold?”
Understanding dawns in Phil’s eyes, and he pulls out a different bar. The traders snatch it up before his arm is even fully extended. They don’t even appraise it, just throw him a small bag of ender pearls.
“Oh. Sweet!” Phil says as he checks what’s in the bag. “Thanks.” He turns to Techno. “See ya ‘round, mate!”
The youngling gives him a long look before lighting a rocket and taking off, Phil close on his tail.
Techno watches them go once again, with a pit in his stomach. What did he mean by ‘see you around?'

Summary
As always, Tommy made sure to wear thick sweaters and heavy overalls, covering every spare inch of skin with fabric. For the most part, it worked. No one knew he was a pufferfish hybrid. They just thought he was a loud, boisterous kid who didn’t like being touched. They didn't even notice the tiny spines on his face, now that puberty and stress had mercifully covered his cheeks in acne.
One morning, Tubbo tried to grab Tommy’s hand. The ram hybrid ended up heaving over a bucket for the next few hours. There was no fresh milk in Pogtopia, so there was nothing they could do but wait for the nausea to pass.
It was the last time Tommy let anyone get close enough to make that mistake.
Or: Tommy, a pufferfish hybrid, hasn't properly touched anyone in years. Techno is beginning to realize this.

Summary
“My gold.” Techno spoke, thousands of voices echoing in his words. Whispering and chattering. His calloused hand reaching up, dragging along the blood that was dripping from Tommy’s neck. Dripping down and burning away in the flames consuming the roots that held him.
The same hand that had fed him and given him shelter, as involuntary as it had been, was gently placed at the back of his skull. Techno’s thumb pulling across the golden earring that now felt like an anchor dragging him below the surface of a pool of magma.
Wearing Techno’s face, the Blood God grinned at him.
Tommy did not regret punching him.
