    Summary

Katsuki always believed the first emotion he felt about the mysterious man was anger. Unchecked, pure fucking resentment. He thought the bitter emotion coursed through him like a raging river and struck lightning on every nerve he had.

But when he truly thought back on it—the first emotion he felt wasn’t anger. It wasn't even hate or mild dislike.

    It was morbid curiosity.

    Summary

If you asked Izuku Midoriya if Valentine’s Day was an important holiday to him, you’d get a painfully diplomatic answer, stuttered all the way through.

It’s not because he wants to be a downer or an anti-romantic; romance to Izuku is simply not a priority. If he were to be in love, which he definitely thinks he could be one day, romance would be a quotidian little thing, settling itself over ‘good morning’s and ‘let’s eat together’s like a layer of dust on family heirlooms.

    -

Izuku's Valentine's Day—or as he likes to call it, a normal school day—upends his usual routine, with Katsuki at the centre of it all.

Izuku and Katsuki fight a lot. Given their temperaments, it’s only natural. Their friends’ recent behavior, on the other hand, is not.
