“Teleport Satoru!” Geto shouted back to him, ordering the mantaray curse that had already been summoned to try and attack whatever the tendril was attached to.
The noise that left Gojo could only be described as a squawk, “I’ll just end up back here!”
Satoru had attempted teleportation twice and both times were drastic failures. He wasn’t sure how he’d managed to mess up so bad. The first time he tried teleportation, he had somehow ended up two hours in the future... He didn't really have any other option right now though.
“You owe me snacks Suguru!” He yelled out before quickly clasping his hands together and focusing on teleporting to Shoko. He just had to hope and pray that the time he teleported to wasn’t going to be too far into the future.
...
“Gojo…?” Uh oh.
“Gojo?!” Uh oh.
Satoru wasn’t a huge fan of the shock in both of the people’s voices. He stood up cautiously, finally opening his eyes to face the music. Oh he had fucked up really bad.
OR
Gojo has no idea on how to correctly teleport and, in a split second decision with a severe lack of focus, he manages to accidentally teleport 12 years into the future... Oops.

Geto’s head throbs. His mouth goes dry. He needs to take this scarf off. He needs to call his sisters.
“Kamo died ten years ago at the Yokohama dock warehouse. I saw it with my own eyes. Jesus, we pulled two of our own out of there. He is dead, and this is a fucking ghost hunt.” Geto feels sick. His head is spinning. He remembers the explosion, the heat. How the rain stuck his bangs to his forehead as he watched the warehouse go up in flames.
“He was never in the warehouse. Fuck — but I was. I was in that warehouse, and I’m right here in front of you, and you can’t even look me in the eyes when you say that. Where have you been, huh? Where have you been for ten years? You’re a fucking coward. You left me alone.” Gojo spits out. He slams the door behind him.
This was a massive misjudgement. Why is Geto here? Gojo is right; he is a coward. He never followed Gojo into that warehouse. He never kept his promise. Geto looks up. The lights are too bright. Shoko is lighting another cigarette. Nanami is staring straight forward.
Or a tale of two detectives, that maybe loved each other unravelling a serial murder case from 10 years prior.
