Summary
What if the new Honmoon wasn't just different than the traditional one, but... fundamentally so?
Huntr/x didn't inherit their barrier from a thousand years of hierarchy and sacred secrecy. It's built from something plainer: the truth of three people who love each other, put into the world and left there. That should make it unbreakable.It's not.
It asks something of them as Hunters that all of their training never prepared them for.
One month after the Idol Awards, Rumi, Mira, and Zoey are trying to learn what they've actually made, and what it's making of them. Saving the world was only the beginning - this is a story about who they're becoming because of it, and what the consequences of that are, found in quiet moments together.
It doesn't stay quiet for long.
A post-canon continuation about learning to live inside that contradiction: hard magic, found family, real danger, old wounds that were never really healed, and a slow-burn mystery about what it costs to hold the desire for truth and the need for secrecy so close to the chest.

Summary
Zoey Choi and Kang Mira, students of Marine Biology and Marine Archaeology, respectively, earn the opportunity of a lifetime as interns for an expedition to Jeju Island. They are entrenched in the island's unique cultures and traditions, and with luck, their studies will help to preserve them for future generations.
But a diving accident puts the girls face-to-face with a living, breathing fiction that shakes their realities: a mermaid. Bobby shifted where he stood, ran his hand through his hair took a deep breath.
Then turned to face them and asked.“Is there anything, or anyone that can harm us in the next” he glanced at his phone “two minutes before the car gets here?”
Rumi shook her head “No.”
“Okay. Next, will whatever managed to get you to turn on each other this evening be able to do it again.”
Rumi froze, but Zoey and Mira both answered loudly, almost shouting “No!”
“Perfect. Last one, is there any hurt, be it medical or emotional, that cannot with a nights sleep, basic first aid, and the frankly ungodly amount of snacks I am about to order, be healed or delayed until morning?”
Rumi laughed despite her self. “I think that covers most of it Bobby.”Or
The song ends, the girls embrace, the honmoon is back. But questions remain. What do they do now? Can they explain what just happened? How do they unpack all of those feelings? They just shared a lot with each other, can they learn to love the flaws together? If this is why Rumi wouldn't go to the bathhouse can we go like, now? How is Bobby so chill? Rumi willed Mira to look at her with everything she had. Searching for a crack in the façade — it had to be a façade. Because if it wasn’t, if this were the truth, and Mira truly wanted to leave HUNTR/X, it would ruin her.

Or, 6 months after the girls defeat Gwi-Ma and the Honmoon is sealed, Mira delivers HUNTR/X a killing blow. We see what happens when they reunite in an unexpected way 5 years later.

Summary
Swept up in the victory of their first sold-out stadium show after HUNTR/X's debut, Rumi allows herself one night to get as close to Mira and Zoey as she truly wants - but after getting blackout drunk and waking up with no memory of the events, she makes a couple of questionable decisions, keeping her own happiness at arm's length (to the frustration of all three parties.)
A companion piece/prequel to "Despite It All", expanding on the information revealed in Chapter 9, but can be read as a standalone. Expect only sporadic updates until the main work is complete.
