Summary
Best friends in love until pulled apart, Rumi and Mira haven't seen each other in thirteen years. In the years between, Rumi has found love and success and had a family with Zoey, who has been searching for some missing piece to complete the family she's made with Rumi. Mira has made her own life and her own successes and is happy, even if she longs for connection.
And then Zoey meets Mira and Rumi and Mira see each other again and the three immediately fall into orbit like they'd always shared a center of gravity.
But Mira has something she needs to tell Rumi, only she doesn't know how.

And the sun would not extinguish her, but it could not see past the warnings, did not yet understand that there was so much more of the girl to love.
