Senior Year of High School is over. University decisions have to be made. Reki knows that university isn't for him and is keen on staying in Okinawa. Langa, however, has been dreaming of attending a top university in Canada ever since he was a child. He's already applied behind Reki's back. He's already been accepted, and before he can process it, he's already agreed to attend for the Fall term.
Reki knows nothing about this decision, because how can Langa possibly tell the love of his life that he's leaving?

Taken in by Kaoru and Kojiro, he struggles to accept the care they offer, haunted by the fear that it’ll all be ripped away. As he fights to suppress the pain of his past, his body begins to fail him, and he starts to spiral. But no matter how much he tries to lock it all away, the truth is catching up to him. And when it does, will he finally let himself break—and maybe, just maybe, be saved?

Izuku’s life started with being unable to become a hero. He then gained a quirk and became the world’s greatest hero, not for long. After the war, Izuku’s credits to saving Japan has to go private and under the government. All of it is history and no one knows who to gives thanks to. Now Izuku is stuck, he drowns with the sudden change and learns to make amends (at least that’s what he told himself). Everyone else knows Izuku is not well, but does he see it? Does he see himself suffering or is he that much in denial to speak up.
This is about the ending of the manga, a deep perspective of what it feels to have your dreams end in a flash. The grief, the anger, the silence, and envy. Izuku feels it all and cannot bear to reach out for help.
Katsuki, the man Izuku wants nothing to do with after one night. Stills hang onto the thing string of hope. He yearns to bring Izuku out of the darkness. The real question is: Will Izuku let him?
