Not that he believes it.
After all, Jihoon is a mess. Everyone knows it. So why would a gorgeous, wildly successful CEO in his twenties be interested in someone like him? Someone older, worn thin by life, and nowhere near as successful?

He’s still recognizably Soonyoung — he’s Soonyoung in the way he waves his hand when he starts speaking to Seungcheol, too quiet for Jihoon to properly hear. He’s Soonyoung in the way he hugs Seungkwan and squeezes him for all he’s worth. He’s Soonyoung in the way he pats Hansol’s head, then rubs the fresh buzzcut like the texture of it is soothing to him. He’s Soonyoung in the way he gets misty-eyed when he sees Chan, who was only a freshman when he left.
He’s Soonyoung in the way his eyes land on Jihoon, and his face splits into an even wider grin. “Jihoonie!”

Summary
Of course he knows Seungkwan loves him. He knows this through whispered affirmations just out of reach of any cameras and microphones, through breathy moans in the height of pleasure and in-between huddled bodies underneath the sheets. How could he not know, when being loved by Seungkwan is the biggest privilege someone can have in their lifetime?
But for Seungkwan to be so publicly possessive, to post this almost-declaration of love on Instagram for millions of people to see makes Hansol feel wanted and desired. It's the same feeling that coursed through him when Seungkwan responded to a Carat on Weverse, daring them to "take him" knowing full well Hansol is his.
After the first V8 concert in Goyang, Hansol and Seungkwan share a quiet, intimate night together.
