Summary
Jungwon, who had been staring at the floor, finally raises his head to meet his eyes. At the same time, Jay shifts forward and presses his lips to his forehead in a soft kiss.
They both freeze.
Jay’s lips are gone as soon as they came. His hand drops and he steps back quickly, flustered with what he’d just done. “Sorry,” he immediately apologises, eyes wide. “I don’t— I have no idea why I… did that…”
Jungwon’s heart thumps loudly. He almost feels like Jay can hear it. “It’s okay.”
Or: Jungwon slowly comes to learn what it means to be warm.

Summary
Stretching out like a cat, Jungwon yawns. He turns back to the city skyline view, watching as the sky darkens and more window lights turn on. “Why am I not in your list of friends?”
Jay didn’t even realise that he didn’t mention him. “You’re not really my friend.”
“What am I, then?”
“You’re…” Trailing off, Jay looks down into his mug of coffee as if it’ll tell him the answer. It doesn’t. “Just Jungwon.”
“Just Jungwon?”
Jay wets his lips, giving a small nod. “Yeah.”
