Summary
Tony Stark knows three things with absolute certainty: Steve Rogers becomes Captain America, Steve Rogers disappears into the ice, and Tony Stark absolutely does not belong in the 40's.
After sacrificing himself to save the universe, Tony wakes up decades too early—with no armor, no Avengers, and no idea how to get home. His only plan is simple: keep his head down, touch as little as possible, and don't interfere with history.
Unfortunately, history apparently forgot to mention Howard Stark's insufferable genius of a son showing up at the lab.
Or that Dr. Erskine had already been keeping an eye on a skinny kid from Brooklyn.
Or that Steve Rogers was funny. Or stubborn. Or annoyingly easy to like.
Tony knows exactly how Steve's story is supposed to end. He knows the war, the serum, the plane, the ice, and everything that comes after.
What he doesn't know is what happens when Steve meets Tony Stark before either of them becomes the man history remembers.
And if Tony happens to make a few tiny changes along the way?
Well. It's not like one sarcastic engineer could possibly derail an entire timeline.

Summary
This was not what Clark had heard. This was not what Clark was prepared for. He’d braced himself for someone unreasonable and glib, charismatic but ultimately with no depth. The man standing in front of him was— Clark wasn’t sure what he was. But it was not that.
“You,” he ventured, “love this city very much, don’t you?”
Wayne didn’t tear his eyes away from the skyline, seemingly contemplating something.
“I do,” he said finally, then turned back to Clark. “Mr Kent. Do I know you?”
and so this is how one spell, gone wrong, leads to Superman's and Batman's memories being erased, which then leads to Clark and Bruce tumbling headfirst into a friends with benefits situation, which then spirals even more rapidly from there.

Summary
Bruce finds out that a rival company plans to release a toy line of the Justice League. Said rival company is named LexCorp and a humanitarian's worst nightmare and there’s no way he will let the League be attached to people as abhorrent as that. So he quickly has all the superhero names trademarked. The problem? Now he actually has to use the JL and its assorted heroes in commerce somehow or risk losing the trademark. Hence, Wayne Enterprises launching a toy line.
Which would be totally fine if the Justice League actually knew that Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same person... As it is, they're not pleased that this bimbo billionaire is profiting off of them. They demand to get a say in the matter (also, why is the Superman action figure arguably the hottest piece of plastic ever seen, what the fuck?).

Summary
Lex Luthor has sponsored the new wing of the Metropolis Science Museum, and Clark and Bruce both suspect foul play. While in the geology exhibit, they discover an unknown strand of kryptonite, which cripples Clark almost immediately. Bruce drags him away, but just as they're catching their breath, a mysterious gunman fires on Clark from the shadows, piercing his heart with a bullet, specially made from Luthor's new find.
Bruce gets Clark to a safe house and manages to extract the bullet, but not before saving Clark from its strange effects. When he wakes up, Clark recognizes Bruce. But not as his caped companion, or a fellow member of the League. They aren't competitors, allies, or even just friends.
According to Clark, Bruce Wayne is his husband.

Lex Luthor knew how to stop Superman from flying—he just had to fly him somewhere else first.
He thought his bases were covered. Then the alien's words echoed back to him, revealing the bat-shaped hole in his otherwise genius plan.
Batman was a problem. Batman was the one rumored to monitor Superman’s vitals, who had ships that could cross galaxies, who likely had contingencies for red-sun scenarios, and—more importantly—the one man who would never stop looking.
If Superman vanished, Batman would be on his heels before Lex had even cleared the atmosphere.
So Batman had to go too.
