Summary
The overnight shift at your diner is usually uneventful, but that all changes when a man you’ve never seen before walks into your section. After a few conversations with him, you can’t say that you aren’t interested in knowing more.
Working overnight in a 24 hour diner has offered you the chance to meet a variety of interesting people - but none of them are like Tim Rockford. The more you get to know him and learn about what he does, the more you grow to like him.
But his job involves its fair share of trouble. And when he’s tasked with solving a murder mystery that shocks a town just outside of Sacramento, both of you find out just how dangerous it can be to get close to someone that solves crimes for a living.

Summary
He thought he’d hidden these feelings from himself, stowed them away in some dark corner and learned not to think about it. But the second Eddie peeked in from around the corner at the Jade and looked at Richie with those big, limpid pools of Christmas Orphan meets Bambi, and started rambling about gluten and cashews, it all came flooding back into focus. Richie has loved Eddie so long that it’s become an ache that goes beyond reason.

Subtitles and audio description of a semi-professional recording made by Richie Tozier's manager of his first set after personal leave. Made unbeknownst to the performer, for private promotional purposes (i.e. to shop around at Netflix, etc.).
Or, I see your fics about Richie doing stand-up post-movie, and I raise you 13k of the in-universe transcript of a half-baked hour long routine.

Summary
Early morning sun heats his bedroom, making it seem later than the thump of papers being dropped off for the newsstand on the corner indicate. They have all the time in the world, he thinks as he licks the salt of her sweat from his lips.
“I just wanted a taste,” he murmurs against her ear, not bothering to pretend to innocence.
Claire laughs deep in her throat and turns his head enough that she can brush her smile against his. “The last time you said that,” she sighs, “I couldn’t feel my toes for an hour afterward.”

Summary
"Summer is Matt’s least favorite season. The persistent stench of Hell’s Kitchen blooms and widens, carried everywhere on waves of humid air. The warm nights seem to beckon thieves and rapists into being. ... And then there is his father’s ghost, and the ghost of the August night he died in the street like a dog."
Matt visits Claire to get patched up and she helps him face his unresolved grief and anger about his father's death.
