Peter fell quiet for a long moment, still quivering slightly. And then, barely a whisper:
"Just . . . hold me?"
MJ said nothing, because she was afraid of how she would sound when she spoke. Instead, she just wrapped herself fully around him, cradling him to her chest and letting him bury his face in her neck as he curled impossibly tighter into himself and into her, letting out a shuddering sigh that she felt rather than heard.
Peter is having a rough day with his sensory issues. MJ is there to offer comfort, even if Peter hesitates to ask for it.

MJ’s first assessment of Peter Parker is that he’s a little weird.
And this is perfectly normal. It’s New York. What are you gonna do?
But there’s this itch, deep in the back of her mind. This itch that grows and grows as Peter Parker becomes a regular. MJ has dreams and thoughts and feelings that don’t make any sense, and maybe it’s the stress of senior year, the excitement of getting ready for college, but she doesn’t think so.
Not when Ned can’t seem to stop staring at Peter Parker, either. Not when Ned finally googles him, and his search comes up empty. Not when there’s an unfinished drawing of Spider-Man in her room, the lines forming his face stopping just short of it, and he’s sitting on the roof of Midtown High, and he’s leaning forward, laughing.
She has no idea what that last part has to do with any of it, except for the fact that there’s a laugh that drifts through the back of her thoughts sometimes, light and joyful. Except for the fact that she’s never heard Peter Parker laugh.
In her mind, every day, the sky tears itself to pieces.

He knew they’d understand—they always did—but that didn’t make him feel any less guilty.Alex accidentally comes out to his parents... it goes about as well as you'd expect. At least he has Luke, Reggie, and Bobby looking out for him.

“You’re such a great sister, I’m sorry if sometimes i don’t make it feel that way.” He adjusted his position, moving over to wrap his arms around her and lean his head on her shoulder. He pressed his chin on top of her head. It was a bit uncomfortable, but she didn’t care.
“You’re a pretty good brother yourself, Superboy.” She said, ruffling his hair. It was true, he was her Superboy, her hero when she couldn’t protect herself. And she was his Sunshine, a ray of light when things got dark.
He blinked at her with his beautiful big brown eyes. Like a deer in headlights. “I don’t feel like Superboy.” He buried his face into the soft fabric of her cardigan. She muttered nonsense to herself for a moment before she figured out what to say.
“You’ll always be Superboy to me.” She said. Then she nudged his shoulder and laughed, trying to lighten the mood a little.

They shower at the same time, like they always used to when they were kids. Melissa would herd them towards the tub after a day of frolicking outside so they didn’t track dirt through the house. Those were the good days—moments of respite between the intermittent dreariness of Stiles’ mom’s hospitalisation and Scott’s parents’ divorce—and often devolved into bubble-fights drenching an impressive area of the bathroom for two seven-year-old boys.
It’s different now, but still familiar. For one thing, they’re almost ten years older. It’s gasoline instead of mud being washed off their skin, but it's still them. Still Scott and Stiles.

Basically just a retelling of the period in episode three of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier where Bucky Barnes is forced to go undercover in Madripoor as the Winter Soldier, but from Bucky's POV/internal monologue. Plus some extra scenes I threw in for added emotional development/more angst. That's all this is it's just Bucky Barnes having PTSD, and bestie Sam Wilson trying really hard to help but being shut down immediately because Bucky is bad at talking about his feelings.
The first time I watched this episode all that I could think about was how traumatizing and distressing this whole situation had to be for him and then we see no emotional repercussions from it throughout the rest of the show so naturally I wrote some angst about it here you go enjoy the angst.
