Summary
It'd been almost a year since Sunny told the Truth to his friends and moved away. Their reactions were harsh, and despite Kel's attempts to reach Sunny after his move, Sunny never got the courage to respond to his calls.
Now, the day before his birthday, Kel had called Sunny's mom to relay a message: He, Aubrey, Hero and Basil would all be coming for his birthday tomorrow.
Sunny freaked out a little about this, he wasn't ready to see them again just yet, and so he asked Omori to take control of his body and handle the birthday with his friends, while he would go back down into Headspace until it was over.
It'd be okay, right? Omori would just have to nod and maybe say "Yes" and "No" a few times, and he'd even get to eat cake.
Nothing could go wrong.
