Considering this us being neighborly. Now," he shifted some of the junk food before there was a small avalanche, "come help me carry this and maybe we can get out there before Jason turns this whole floor into a fort."

The boys find an intruder in Wayne Manor in the middle of the night and take it upon themselves to confront the "criminal". Of course that would end in a sleepover.

He isn't one to sit around and wait for a miracle, however, and he does have a five year plan to get Jason to fall madly and deeply in love with him. He just needs to start it. Which he will do. Maybe tomorrow, or the next day.

Summary
Jason’s concern grew into sympathy when he watched through a sniper rifle and a window as Peter Parker made his bed on a couch in his aunt's office, having no place to stay for the night.
Hence the operation of domesticating the spider fully began. Spider-Man was a spider so these surely should work on him as for any other creature. He clearly needed someone to do basic things for him and Jason had free time.

TL;DR Jason Todd is a member of the Thunderbolts and keeps stumbling upon the Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man and starts a project of domesticating a spider that has extremely concerning habits of not taking care of himself, acquiring a boyfriend by accident.

“Ugh!” Tim exclaimed, stepping back from the door. Jason fell forward due to how quickly and unexpectedly the door was able to move freely again. He heard something snap and flap as his knees hit Tim’s carpet. “It’s me, I just got hit with a spell and look ridiculous right now.”
Jason looked up, eyes widening as he saw the long, feathered wings that were tucked into themselves behind Tim’s back. Jason’s mouth dropped open, the sunlight streaming in from Tim’s windows backlighting him and causing a halo effect. Ridiculous was hardly the word Jason would reach for to describe Tim’s current state. Angelic and ethereal and incandescent were all significantly more appropriate.
Tim crossed his arms, his wings tightening up further behind him, “Do not make fun of me right now. If you-”
“How’d this happen?” Jason asked, his voice breathy even in his own ears. He swallowed, his mouth suddenly dry. Summary
“Oh, no,” Bruce mutters, eyes widening as he watches his oldest somersault out of the cape with a flourish. Jason follows, running out from the darkness. Damian, though he was shoved out of the cape by Jason’s escape, dutifully stays in place at Batman’s side, glaring out at the unfolding madness; Duke pokes his head out, but ultimately shields himself with the cape, going back to his hiding.
“No, no no no no,” Bruce whispers, his voice gradually increasing in volume when he sees Tim running out, Stephanie perched on his shoulders.
“What. The hell,” Flash says, staring at the small group of kids as they promptly turn the room (and its heroes) into their own personal jungle gym.
“My kids!” Bruce exclaims.
“Your kids?” Superman asks, glancing around the room as quickly as possible, trying to gauge what, exactly, is happening.
----
A backup mission gone wrong turns all of the Bats into kids again. Shenanigans ensue. Bruce will come out of this with thrice as many gray hairs as he started with, and the Justice League has many questions regarding Batman, his children, and the cape that is actually a void.
