He perched his forehead against Tenna’s screen, where TV fuzz tickled him. Breathe, he reminded himself. If he configured the settings correctly, then Tenna was allowed to be aroused, to feel everything twice as much. Paired with other physical restraints (no touching, no movements to assist Mettaton, and definitely no orgasms), this meant they could actually take their time.
Tenna did say he was game for anything, so long as it was with him.
There’s more to becoming a TV World co-host than simply signing twenty pages of a contract. There’s also a tradition to uphold after the pilot episode.

Summary
In hindsight, it should’ve been apparent way, way sooner. There were numerous signs before this, and they weren’t even subtle. They were giant arrow-shaped ones, surrounded by bright, sparkling yellow bulbs. Just like the ones that hung around the studio, although what they usually said was something like “The Most GROOVY, Never GLOOBY, Host of TV Time… etc.”
This time they said “BIG PATHETIC PUPPY!”

Summary
Tucked behind a backstage curtain, Tenna made himself comfortable within an alcove. Out of sight, yet within view of Mettaton’s musical number. Barely sang the opening lyrics, and the anticipation dared to short-circuit him. A shaky breath slipped out while admiring Mettaton. Oh, how he longed to nestle between those legs and discover what other melodies he’d sing. That thought set off a spark and begged him to do something other than idly spectate.
Despite his efforts and best judgment, Tenna caved in.
Tenna tries to restrain himself while watching Mettaton’s stage performances. It goes as well as one would expect.

Maybe this was a bad idea. No, a horrendous one. Because the second he tasted the real deal? Might as well kiss his former habits goodbye. Why settle for lousy thrills when he could have something superior, something he yearned for night after night after lonely fucking night? That on its own made this a dangerous game. Only a matter of time before someone discovered where the dated TV host led an A-list celebrity once credits rolled.
Tenna is fine with admiring Mettaton from the sidelines whenever he guest stars on his show. He’s not, however, fine with seeing other so-called fans get too bold around Mettaton—because it should be him.
