Mr. Baldwin smirked at his question and leaned down to whisper softly into Harry’s ear, “Oh but Harry, you need a guardian’s permission to use Veritaserum because you’re still a minor. Dumbledore has denied the usage of Veritaserum,” Mr. Baldwin’s eyes then turned to the back of the courtroom, “And would you look at that, the Dursley’s just left.” Mr. Baldwin’s sentence was punctuated by the slam of the courtroom doors.
“The Wizengamot finds Hadrian James Potter guilty for the murder of Mr. Cedric Diggory and the use of an Unforgiveable. He is sentenced a life imprisonment in Azkaban,” Fudge’s voice sounded like the final nail in a coffin.
Or alternatively: Harry is found guilty of Cedric's murder and is sentenced to life in prison. Of course, he doesn't stay for long. Includes a healthy dose of Tomarry and revenge.
