Summary
All Jude wanted was his mate and his brother to get along with one another. Was that really too much to ask for?
Both alphas made that extremely difficult, as they were always butting heads with each other. Jobe, the overprotective younger brother he was, strongly believed that no alpha was good enough for his brother. While Erling, on the other hand, never backed down from a challenge.
Jude was usually always left with the job of playing mediator each time the two of them were in the same room. Usually resulting in him just scolding them both for such unseemly behaviour.
Will the universe ever give him a break?

Summary
“And you know that I hate all these empty phrases like 'the one' but at the time it did feel different. I was - I was fucking starstruck, I was – I felt a like a teenager with a crush again, and half the time I didn’t even realise because it just felt natural, it felt right.”
“Did she - was it unreciprocated?” Luka questioned him.
“I don’t think it was reciprocated.”
“You don’t think?”
“I never said anything.”
The admission was so unlike Sergio that Luka felt his heart hurt a little bit for his friend, who was usually so expressive and straightforward.

Summary
Jobe couldn’t conceal his concern, then from the hallway came a muffled thump, then a barely audible squeak.
Jobe froze. "What the fuck was that?"
"What was what?" Jude's heart was trying to punch through his ribcage.
"That noise. It sounded like—" Jobe started toward the hallway.
"NO!" Jude practically shouted as Jobe jumped. "No, I mean... it's fine. It's my pet
mouse."
There was a long, painful silence.
"Your pet mouse," Jobe repeated slowly.
"Yeah. Named, uh... Stuart Little."
"You have a pet mouse named Stuart Little."
"Yep."
