    It may have been a juvenile sport and quite self-inflicted, but the feeling of an empty stomach was a constant that he had grown used to. He missed it, and perhaps craved it even if a more mature, and grown version of himself knew better.

    However ever since the Funhouse, starvation meant one thing and one thing only; You are not in control. And maybe even greater than that, any threat to life that you could not fight against was to be greatly feared.

    The Supreme Overlord of Ice did not simply fear, and instead of taking his defeat (or victory from some perspectives), he did not fear death and only the outcome in which he let it rule his decisions.

    And now food was suddenly transformed from something to be avoided into a beacon of hope that gave him more control than starving ever had.

    Mondo has been dancing around his feelings towards his best friend Kiyotaka for almost three years now, but things come to a head at their graduation party. Kiyotaka agrees to relax and try alcohol for the first time under Mondo's watchful eye, but things get out of hand. It turns out Kiyotaka is a horny drunk, making things hard for Mondo as he navigates his feelings in the face of things he'd never expected from Kiyotaka. Will it turn out that Kiyotaka's behaviour is a symptom of something deeper or a passing fancy like Mondo fears?

    This is my 'drunk Taka' fic, which you might have seen me posting about on Tumblr. It has 5 chapters, one chapter per week :). Updates on Wednesdays. Triggers will be placed in the chapter summaries but the characters are aged up and no sex occurs while Taka is drunk. Explicit is the overall rating but chapters will be rated individually.

    Mondo doesn't understand Ishimaru Kiyotaka. How could he? The man was an empty husk of nothing he truly valued; a puppet of executing morals he had assigned to him. There was nothing to him other than the role he played as a hall monitor. His absurd sense of justice was getting on his nerves now, especially the way he specifically targeted Mondo, of all people.

    Though, Mondo had to admit that he was curious of who Ishimaru was when he wasn't the Ultimate Moral Compass.
