    Summary

Lucifer tip-toes over to her carefully, checking for her expression which was unfortunately obscured by her bangs. He presses against the railing as well, straining for noise.

    "Do you miss it?"

He practically jumps out of his skin, floundering to not accidentally fall over. "Whuhuhu what who what-" He thrashes around some more until he finally manages to get a steady grip, kicking up against the railing by striking a nonchalant pose. "What?" He asks, coolly, the poster-perfect image of carelessness.

"Heaven. Do you ever miss it?" Vaggie clarifies, tilting her head in his direction a bit, with her face still hidden.

    -------

Lucifer and Vaggie find out that they have a lot more in common than they thought they've had.

    Summary

For forty days and forty nights, the son of God fasted in the wilderness. On the forty first day, the Devil arrived to test him by tempting him thrice- or so the story goes. Lucifer hates that story.

Brace yourselves for a biblical retelling with Hazbin Hotel’s Lucifer that makes the original story seem like such a gross misrepresentation that it could maybe be considered sacrilege.
