Summary
He’s in a temple.
A shadow stretches upon the wall and Billy can’t help stop himself from peeking at the danger.
It’s the Scarlet Witch.
Her armor is cracked, dirty, and darkened. She looks… feral, crazed even. Her wild eyes are darting across the room and a shiver goes down his spine as he notices her blackened fingers. He ducks before he can be spotted, but he’s afraid that his pounding heart might betray him all the same.
The woman screams. “I know you’re here, show yourself!”
Billy doesn’t know if he can take on the Scarlet Witch, the only reason he was able to win over Agatha and the rest of the coven is because of his grief and anger. He wasn’t even able to conjure up a spark when he tried to show Agatha that he was fine on his own, and the witch had been powerless, is he ready to take that gamble against Wanda Maximoff?
Or: It's time for Billy's trial, and he isn't sure if he's ready for it.
