She's a French assassin with a diplomat's smile and a cover story that's held up for months. He's a DSO agent who just wanted a decent cup of coffee at 2am. Between break-room banter, stolen Umbrella intel, and a case that could take down a bioweapons empire, falling for each other was never part of the plan, and nothing about it turns out to be simple.
The author recommends keeping work skins enabled for this fic, for a few chapters use one to render text-messages scenes as chat bubbles, and turning it off with make those parts show up as plain, unstyled code instead.
