Summary
It was a lovely message for the sole person in the room who could read it: ‘Enjoy our retribution rule breaker, from those who Watch.’ Scott couldn’t believe how petty they were. Sure, he broke their rules a couple of times, most of the players did at least once, but the beings never forgot Scott’s stunt with the Boogeyman curse back in Last life. After a couple thousand years, you would think they would’ve gotten over it. He understood pettiness, but even he wasn’t that petty.
