Summary

But he has no intention of playing it straight, so the plan—as he conspiratorially tells his best friend Ilya—is to fake date someone and split the money.
Ilya thinks this is a terrific idea and fully expects Shane to ask him to be his fake boyfriend… except he doesn’t. And Ilya can’t figure out why.
