And then Min was gone. The dam broke, and he quickly dissolved into a cacophony of sobs. Ryan held his best friend close to his chest, and all Min could do was cry his heart out on his best friend’s shoulder. Blood and salt mixed onto Ryan’s jacket, and Min couldn’t help but think it was a shame.
It was a shame that he had fallen in love with his best friend.
Or: Min-Gi can't come to terms with the fact that he loves Ryan. Feelings are complicated, and the world they live in only makes it harder.

But Dean – Dean who named his car, who keeps a photograph of his mother in his wallet, some thirty-plus years after her death, who still has the crumpled ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign with a sleeping pelican emblazoned on it from the Microtel outside of Roanoke where he first kissed Castiel, clumsy and unsure, under the unsteady fluorescence of an exhausted bathroom bulb – is sentimental.
It puzzles Castiel, where Dean draws the line between what is meaningful and what it is worthless.

Dean huffs a hollow laugh, because yeah, that’s always what it’s about, isn’t it? Cas or Sam or Dean getting themselves lost or dead, and then taking turns dragging each other back from the brink. He shrugs, shoving his hands into his pockets.
“We got him back, yeah,” he says. Sam nods, watching him. “So now what?”

Cas stretches out in the backseat while Dean takes up the front, and Dean’s pretty devoted to gritting his teeth until he can catch an hour or two of sleep, but sleep won’t take, and it just doesn’t take long at all for him to start shivering despite the layers.
After maybe half an hour of shivering, he hears rustling behind him, picks himself up by the elbows to peer over the back of the front bench, and sees Cas shedding clothes.
“... what are you doing?”
“I am preparing to share body heat with you,” Cas answers flatly, already out of his coat and jacket, unbuttoning his collared shirt and shrugging it off; his shoulders and arms look immense in the thin undershirt beneath.
“W-We won’t be doing that—”

I think this was hands down the most beautiful sex scene I’ve ever read I lowkey almost cried.
