“Sorry, Felix. Can I call you back?” Minho’s tummy flutters with excitement. He doesn't look happy at all. “Yeah, okay. Just give me one second.”
Chan hangs up the phone.
Minho tilts his head, watching him exhale slowly.
“Minho yah…” Chan says underneath his breath. It's a warning, a cautionary word before Minho commits to this little game, and it is so sexy Minho wants to vow never to be good again.
Minho blinks his eyelashes, resting his chin in his hand. “Yes, Channie?”
Minho rarely uses Chan's name too. It's only when he's being coy, when he really wants something, or when he's being naughty and wants to feign innocence does he use his real name. This time, it's all of the above.
“You know you're my best boy, don't you?”
Minho laughs. “I am?”
“Yes, you are. That's why you will come over here and give me back my notebook.”
Minho hums, looking up and around as if he's considering his options.
“Minho,” Chan warns again.
It's a shame he has to look like that trying to get Minho to behave.
“You'll have to come get it yourself, Mister!”
