    “Usually the university prohibits two alphas from sharing a room, but due to the timing of Nakajima's transfer, this is the only room that the university can provide for him at the moment.“

    Two alphas sharing a dorm room is a slowly ticking time bomb, Atsushi thinks, especially when one of those alphas is someone like Dazai Osamu, secretive, hostile, his true intentions always hidden behind a smile. Their second gender is the only thing they have in common - aside for it, they are nothing alike. Their co-habitation can only end in a disaster, there's no other way about it.
    After all, two alphas can never thrive together. It's against their nature. Right?..

    “…So?” he asks, lifting the capsule into his hand. “What do you want?” The question comes out blunter than he intends, but Mori doesn't seem remotely bothered by it.

    “Ohhhh, nothing much, nothing much!” Mori replies with an airy wave of his hand. “I'm just here to pass on some news.”

    “Alright…?”

    Then Mori opens his mouth.

    “Dazai is going to start courting you tomorrow.”

    Suddenly, sitting on the floor of his little gachapon shop, surrounded by colorful capsules and smiling keychains, Atsushi feels much older than twenty-two.

     

    (or: With Dazai now being eighteen, Atsushi has to face a whole new enemy: Dazai’s seduction tactics.)

    Chuuya and Dazai were sent on a mission that went horribly wrong.

    Which ends up sending them to an alternate universe where the people that they have lost (and have not lost) are living and will do everything they can to help what they perceive to be two unfortunate teens.

    OR

    Throw two grieving guys into a box (The My Hero Academia Universe). Shake it very hard (De-age them) and make them casually meet the alternative alive and happy versions of their loved ones. (And not so loved ones)

    For the love of the game.

    Oh and they go to UA eventually I guess.

    As the Tripartite Framework settles like a cloak over Yokohama, the city-state begins negotiating in earnest with the rest of Japan. Hero Society is rightfully wary of the Quirkless City, but open to reintegrating their civilian population with each other.

    If only either side were a little less proud, perhaps Chuuya wouldn't be attending UA as a first year in a 'show of good faith.' As things are, he's all too aware of his role as a barely-kept hostage, all while actually being a poorly-concealed mole.

    The timing couldn't be worse, with his assignment beginning shortly after what Dazai has dubbed the 'Stormbringer' incident, and amidst the brewings of what will one day come to be known as the 'Dragon's Head Conflict.' Nevertheless, Chuuya has fallen into his role as a Mafioso with a spotless record of mission completions, and he doesn't plan to change that now. At the very least, being so far from Yokohama means he won't have to deal with Dazai's bullshit for a while. Right?
