Summary

And that makes him capable of saving the world from the System that has placed a curse on existence itself...
Cheng Luan’s presence sharpened as she came to attention, having heard something that Liu Qingge was still too human to understand. Liu Qingge had his own thoughts, but he waited for Cheng Luan to explain what she had noticed.
"To be hidden means there is reason to hide."
Liu Qingge agreed. That was true. In turn he told her, To be free means that there was restraint.
They shared agreement and understanding. Together, they came to the conclusion: They were hidden from what would confine them.

Summary
If you could choose a world to be isekaied into, you probably wouldn't choose the videogame Age of Tales.
It's a painfully generic medieval RPG with a very generic "farm boy becomes a hero" storyline. Or farmgirl, if you go that route. There's some moral choices, but overall the story is very linear from start to finish, and no matter how evil you try to play it, the game inevitably ends with the chosen farmboy (or girl) saving the world. Age of Tales has a very generic cast of characters with very generic backstories, even more generic villains with very basic evil plots, and side quests right out of early free to play mmorpgs. Overall the game is just very… mid.
Upon release the game was a massive flop.
And Katie has happily sunk nearly six hundred hours into it.
