Summary
Yoongi grows up in Bangtan Weyr, but he leaves to become a harper when he doesn't Impress a dragon. He stays in contact with his friends, though, most of whom Impressed dragons prior to his departure. This follows the lives of Yoongi and his friends, as well as other more disaffected parties on Pern. Yoongi will find out if it's possible to have both music and a dragon.

“If you leave now you'll no longer be a Malfoy,” his father shouted, drawing his wand and pointing it at Draco's chest.
“Good,” Draco shouted back, his left hand forming a fist around a slip of paper bearing his Aunt's address.
His mother grabbed at her husband's arm, tears flowing down her cheeks. Draco took one last long look at her, then closed his eyes and twisted on the spot. He disapparated with a crack.
A disinherited Draco Black (formerly Malfoy) returns to Hogwarts for an optional eighth year having transferred to Ravenclaw. He's completely unaware that a certain bushy-haired, muggleborn witch has also been granted a fresh start in his new house.
