Ribbit wants what's best for Jax, and that means helping Pomni connect with Jax's most closed off alter to ensure their relationship goes so well that Ribbit stops thinking about both of them. Pomni doesn't see why there's any reason they all can't just date each other.
She's seen Jax's memories, after all. She knows Jax loves Ribbit. And it's not hard to see why.
