Steve, for his part, never planned any of this. Howard Stark, if he was ever on Steve’s radar, was known as a horrible bastard because… well he kind of was. But there was something about Howard that had drawn Steve in, curiosity maybe, and now he was awkwardly meeting Howard’s prodigal son. The one that was basically the same age as him, as he so aptly pointed out.
