Summary
Dragon knew what it meant when the news reached them that the execution of the Pirate King had been scheduled.
In canon, he would go there alone, in this version his wife (Rouge's sister) needs to be there for Rouge and moves to Baterilla.
Knowing his wife and sister-in-law, he can't help but make sure Roger's cabin boys don't see the actual execution and takes them with him as he goes to collect his wife (and Rouge).
