Summary
As the express sits still at Amphoreous so does Himeko's thoughts. Burdening herself with worry over March, Stelle and Dan Heng - her 'children' as some would say - the rest of her suffers, both in body and mind. The other crew members show concern but can't get close enough to help, hardened thorns in the way of her delicate self. Black Swan is different, with a much more direct approach and Himeko worn down she's let inside. Will she give her what she needs? Was it right to let her in so easily, or will this be another grave mistake by the navigator of the Astral Express.

Herta, feeling that it's been too long since they last met, drops by for a surprise visit to Ruan Mei bringing *handmade* cake. Though her ambitions are far greater than just tea and cake! With her penultimate goal being to make Ruan Mei completely smitten with a stunning, romantic dance. Things never turn out quite like Herta plans, and by the end of the night it seems she got far more than she bargained for.

“Now that we are done with the cake we can move on to the real event.”Ruan Mei looks over her shoulder as she puts the dry plates back in their corresponding cabinets.
“There’s more?”
“There’s more to me than just cake!”
Herta huffs indignantly, not missing the dry sarcasm oozing off Ruan Mei. She stands up and dusts off some imaginary crumbs from her dress to regain composure, walking up behind Ruan Mei.
“I would like to invite you to a dance.”
Pushed up against the counter with Herta crowding her, Ruan Mei takes a moment to break out of her stupor.
