Summary
Peter’s been grappling with living life as a nobody. He’s beginning to wonder if he’ll ever be Peter Parker again or if he’ll just be Spider-Man for the rest of his life. Although, it’s getting harder to get attention as friendly neighborhood Spider-Man these days as a new group of superheroes called the Fantastic Four just showed up to the scene and have somehow captured the nation’s heart in a matter of a couple months.
Johnny Storm and the rest of his family have re-established themselves as the Fantastic Four, a superhero team adored by the masses, but all Johnny can think about is what happened to their previous world. Did they make the right choice in moving to a new universe? Did it stop Galactus from devouring their planet, or did the team leave their world to die with no defences? Johnny wishes he had somebody to talk to about it all, a wish that ends up coming true in… spider form?
