“Y-y-you’re a d-d-d-” Aether stutters finally finding his voice amidst the shock state he’s been put in, his doe eyes are wide and fearful, in complete disbelief at what was standing before them.
“D-d-d-demon?” The creature mocks, cutting Aether off. “Precisely, although some may refer to me as Alatus, Xiao, or maybe… Coward.” The demon is clearly amused judging by the way his lips curve up into a smile. It’s not a sweet one though, it reminds Aether of the ones those serial killers in movies gave their helpless victims moments away from murdering them.
And shit, Aether was feeling pretty fucking helpless right now.
